All in stock items ship F.O.B. Denver, CO or Cliffwood, NJ.

When establishing an account with Ready Care Industries, Buyers are notified as to which warehouse location orders will be shipped from. Warehouse location depends upon Buyer’s zip code and product selection.

Place an order before 1:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time and your products ship the same business day via FedEx® Ground, unless otherwise specified. Express air delivery is available on in stock items when an order is placed prior to 12:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time.

Effective May 1, 2007:

Orders totaling $595.00 or more, or a combined order of 15 cases bulk liquid product shipped within the 48 contiguous United States receive free shipping via FedEx® Ground or by common carrier (truck).

Free shipping offer not valid on hotel in-room and private label products.

Orders including ten (10) cases combined bulk liquid product will incur a shipping charge of only $25.00.

Discounted shipping charges are valid, provided payment for goods is received within invoice terms.

NEW POLICY: Orders less than $100.00 will be charged a $5.00 processing fee in addition to actual shipping charges.

Invoices are payable per account terms or negotiated in writing in advance. By accepting delivery of goods, Buyer agrees to pay the invoiced amount for goods delivered, and agrees to be bound to the contract terms. No acceptance may vary these terms unless specifically agreed in writing between Seller and Buyer within ten (10) days of receipt of products.

Goods shipped or delivered are F.O.B. Denver, CO, and risk of loss passes to Buyer upon the earlier of delivery, loading of delivery or placement with a carrier. Buyer shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Payments on open account shall be applied first to delinquent balances. Balances 30 days overdue accrue 1.5% service charge for each month or portion thereof such balance remains due at Seller's discretion. Any applicable discounted shipping charges are valid, provided payment for goods is received within invoice terms.

Seller's remedies for non-payment of invoices shall include, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, the right to repossess any goods in the possession of the Buyer, purchased from the Seller. Buyer shall surrender such goods upon demand to Seller or Seller's agent.

Goods sold "as is" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoiced price in Seller's discretion.

Seller makes, as to goods sold and services rendered, no warranties, express or implied. Goods are covered only by manufacturer's warranties, if applicable. Seller hereby disclaims, to the entire extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer agrees it has not relied upon any representations of Seller in selecting particular goods.

Seller will accept return of damaged/non-conforming goods within ten (10) business days after delivery. Only when returned in original condition and packaging.

Once opened, videos, CDs and electric items are returnable only if defective and will be exchanged for the identical item. Acceptance of non-conforming items after ten (10) business days is at the discretion of the Seller. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer shall pay all shipping costs for returns, and for services under manufacturer's warranties. Returned items must be securely packaged and reach Seller without damage.

Lost or missing items must be reported, in writing, within ten (10) business days of order receipt.

Colorado law applies to the interpretation and application of these terms. Time is of the essence, except that Seller shall have ten (10) days, after written notice, to cure any breach. Buyer agrees to pay pre-judgment interest, and Seller's collection cost, litigation expenses, and attorney fees incurred to collect any unpaid balance.
